And look what I wrote for my Reflection Journal.
How would you describe your dream job?
I would like my job to be more on my strengths, as in it can really stretch my potential and i can excel really well. And also, to give me the chance to express the ideas i have in mind freely. The job has to encourage creativity, to introduce thinking out of the box. The colleagues have to be approachable and perhaps even passionate about their own job, and have the drive to encourage each other to work hard. It has to be at a location, that is so vibrant and full of life, so that i'll be motivated. And perhaps a captivating scenery too, so that i can relax and admire the scenic scenery after a hard day's of work. My job has to reward people based on their abilities and skills and not about connections. Doesn't matter about the pay, as long as it's given on time and also paid resonably. And most importantly, the boss has to be really understanding and impartial when it comes to solving conflicts.
Whoa. Am i asking for too much?
