My whole body is aching.
Thanks to the sit-ups and the standing board jumps.
My stomach, and my legs are aching, really badly.
A slight laugh will cause the pain to trigger.
And when i walk down the stairs, pain, pain, PAIN!
When i stand up, i have to hold on to things for support.
Right now, i hate sitting down. Argh.
I'm like an old lady now. How torturing!
